To find out the status of your repair, you will need your service order number. When you have that, you can send us a message below with that number, the type of tool, and your contact information!
It depends on what your tool needs and if we have the parts on hand or if we have to order them. Unfortunately, right now, things can be on back-order for months, which will hold us up from finishing the repair.
We will always call you with an estimate to bring your tool back to life. If we think it is not worth fixing due to an abnormally high repair quote, we will present you with the price and availability of a tool equivalent to your tool along with the repair estimate.
